溶剂效应调控手性超分子纳米纤维的自组装

摘要
一组基于苯-1,3,5-三酰胺基序的手性两亲性自组装分子被合成,包含一个羰基和两个远程手性侧链,分子的两亲性来源于亲水的羧基与两个疏水的侧链,打破了BTA对称的C3分子便于分层自组装的结构。手性小分子能够通过自组装而形成螺旋结构的手性纳米纤维,其可作为手性模板合成无机手性材料,以及用于手性识别和催化等。
A set of chiral, amphiphilic, self-assembling molecules based on the benzene-1,3,5-tricarboxamide(BTA)motif was prepared. comprising one carboxyl and two remote chiral side chains, The amphiphilicity of themolecule is induced by carboxyl and two remote chiral side chains. Breaking the C3 symmetry of the BTA facilitates the hierarchical self-assembly into bundled structure. Chiral small molecules could self-assembly to form chiral nanofibers with helical structure, which can be used as chiral templates for the synthesis of inorganic chiral materials, as well as for chiral recognition and catalysis.
