摘要
感应淬火作为一种表面强化工艺虽很成熟,但迄今在小排量发动机铸铁曲轴圆角强化处理中仍然是空白。近年来已有国内企业成功地将这一工艺替代机械滚压,用于小型曲轴圆角强化工序。为验证这项新技术的实际可行性,确保运行的正常和产品的稳定,本文着重介绍了如何在零件表面进行硬化层性状的测试,以及通过残余应力的试验和分析,对实施新工艺后的效果做出较全面的评价。
Inductionquenchisa very mature process for parts strengthened but it' application is only confined tothefieldsfor crankshaftsof medium and large displacementengine.Recently based on simplifying the manufacture process,promoting the parts quality and reducing production cost,inductionquench instead of fillet rolling was used in the crankshaft strengthened processfor small displacementengine.Shanghai Volkswagen Powertrain Co.Ltd did a series of tests about theperformance of hardening layer and analysis residual stress.
