滴灌生物有机肥的研发应用

摘要
针对目前农业上过量的施用化肥造成土壤板结、次生盐渍化,农产品品质下降等问题,研制满足滴灌施用具有生物菌的液态生物有机肥很有必要。本研究通过对有机肥的原辅料处理、专用菌种筛选、生物有机肥的腐熟及分离提取浓缩等技术的研究,解决生物肥料对滴灌设备的堵塞与腐蚀、活性菌在土壤存活繁殖和肥料养分高效利用等问题。此外,针对作物对营养元素的不同需求,制定不同的有机肥配方,探索主要粮食作物(水稻、小麦和玉米)作物适宜的滴灌有机肥配方以及相应的生产工艺流程,并通过在田间的施用效果对比试验制定出相应的施肥方案。生物有机肥的大面积推广使用将大大减少农业中化肥的投入及降低现代农业对化肥的过分依赖,将有利于改善生态环境和节能减排,废物循环利用,有利于实现种植业、养殖业与自然环境的和谐发展,食品安全问题得到保证,提升了农产品的竞争能力。
In view of the present agricultural excess fertilizer caused by soil compaction, soil salinization, decline of the quality for agricultural products and other issues, it was very necessary to develop liquid bio-organic fertilizer which can meet the application of drip irrigation. The work was studied organic fertilizer raw materials processing, special bacteria screening, bio-organic fertilizer maturity and separation extraction, concentration technology, and solved the biological fertilizer for drip irrigation equipment blockage and corrosion, active bacteria in the soil survival reproduction, fertilizer nutrient use efficiency and other problems. In addition, in accordance with different demands of nutrient elements for crop formulated different organic fertilizers, our group explored the major food crops(rice, wheat and maize) which were suitable for drip irrigation in the organic fertilizer formula and the corresponding production process, and the application effectin the field test of formulate corresponding fertilization scheme. The large area use of bio-organic fertilize will greatly reduce the input of chemical fertilizer in agriculture and reduce the over reliance on chemical fertilizer of modern agriculture. There will be conducive to the improvement of the ecological environment and energy-saving and emission reduction, waste recycling, to achieve the harmonious development of the industry, the aquaculture industry and the natural environment of cultivation, food safety guaranteed, enhance the competition ability of agricultural products.
