摘要
将低气味聚醚多元醇EP-3600T用于制备高回弹聚氨酯泡沫塑料,并与普通聚醚进行比较。实验结果表明,EP-3600T的醛类物质含量与普通聚醚相比大幅降低,制备的高回弹泡沫的VOC值和FOG值比普通聚醚生产的泡沫有明显的减少,同时具有更低的泡沫气味,EP-3600T和普通聚醚制备的高回弹泡沫的物理性能相近。
Low odor polyether polyol EP-3600 T was used in the preparation of high resilience polyurethane foam,and it was compared with ordinary polyether.The experimental results showed that the content of aldehydes in EP-3600 T were significantly reduced,compared with the ordinary polyether,the VOC value and FOG value of the prepared high resilience foam were significantly decreased,comparing with the common polyether foam,and the foam smell was lower,the physical properties of high resilience foams prepared by EP-3600 T and ordinary polyether were similar.
