摘要
采用潜固化技术,以聚醚多元醇和异氰酸酯为主要原材料经聚合反应,研制潜固化单组分聚氨酯防水涂料。通过对潜固化剂、聚醚多元醇、环保增塑剂以及r值对性能影响的研究,确定最佳用量。应用性能考察表明所研制的潜固化单组分聚氨酯防水涂料具有涂膜密实,无气泡,低温固化快以及优异的贮存稳定性等特点。
The latent curing one-component polyurethane waterproof coating was synthesized by polymerization reaction of polyether polyol and isocyanate using the latent curing technology.The performance influences of latent curing agent,polyether polyol,plasticizer and R value were investigated and the optimum dosage was determined.The results of application performance indicated that the latent curing one-component polyurethane waterproof coating exhibited dense film without bubbles,fast curing speed under low temperature and excellent storage stability.
