一种酸化缓蚀剂的合成及性能评价

摘要
在室内合成了一种新型的曼尼希碱酸化缓蚀剂,通过静态失重法测试了缓蚀剂在不同浓度与温度的缓蚀性能,结果表明,在90℃以内,15%~28%的HCl中添加量为0.1%~0.2%的曼尼希碱,腐蚀速度<3 g·m~(-2)·h~(-1);而在120℃以内,将曼尼希碱与炔醇复配使用时,添加1%的缓蚀剂,即有很好的缓蚀效果,均达到一级标准。
A new type of Mannich acidification corrosion inhibitor is synthesized indoors and its performance of corrosion will be evaluated under different concentrations and different temperature through a static and weightless method.The results of the corrosion show that:if temperature is lower than 90℃,and 0.1%~0.2%of the manny and alkali is added in 15%HCl-28%HCl,the rate of corrosion is less than 3 g · m~(-2) · h~(-1);And if temperature is lower than 120 ℃,and mixing the Mannich acidification with alcohol,adding 1%the corrosion inhibitorl,There will be very good effect of corrosion,and the results all achieved national standard.
