摘要
本文针对酒钢焦化厂二回收脱硫系统运行存在的问题,结合ZL催化剂应用在HPF氨法脱硫工艺的优点,分析了ZL催化剂添加量过大对系统影响的原因,明确了正确添加催化剂的要求及日常添加量的核算方法。
This paper in Jiuquan Iron and Steel coking plant for recycling desulfurization system operation of the existing problems. Combined with ZL catalyst application advantages in HPF desulfurization process by ammonia method.Analysis of the ZL catalyst adding too large impact on the system reason. Clear the correctly add catalyst and daily added amount of accounting methods.
