摘要
不锈钢酸洗污泥成分复杂、有剧毒、产量大,属于固体废弃物,处理难度较大,现已成为不锈钢企业环保治理的难点。针对不锈钢酸洗污泥的来源和特点,本文从回收有价金属、作为球团和烧结原料以及作为炼钢辅料等方面对污泥的资源化利用进行了对比分析,并简单介绍了不锈钢酸洗污泥作为原料用于建材、水泥、陶瓷的方法。在分析现有利用技术的基础上,提出了将酸洗污泥作为炼钢辅料返回冶炼过程,实现资源化内循环利用。
The sludge from pickling of stainless steel,a solid waste,has complex composition,a high toxicant andhigh production.Disposing the sludge is very difficult and has become a difficulty for stainless steel plant.According tothe sources and characteristics of stainless steel pickling sludge,it is used to recover valuable metals,as raw materials of pellet or sinter,and as steelmaking auxiliary materials in this paper.Besides,the aspects that stainless steel pickling sludge isused as raw materials of building,cement and ceramic are introduced briefly.Based on the analysis of the existing utilization technology,the sludge used in smelting process as materials is proposed,realizing resource internal recycling.
