摘要
本钢板材炼铁厂4座高炉都采用引进PW公司专利技术由国内生产的串罐式无料钟炉顶设备,本文将介绍高炉流程及炉顶主要设备,并着重对串罐式无料钟炉顶设备的关键部件:上、下密封阀、料流调节阀、气密箱等进行了性能和常见故障的分析,提出处理措施和维护方法,以保证高炉正常生产。
benxi steel sheet iron 4 blast furnace are introduced from PW company patented technology by domestic production string of bell-less top equipment,this article will introduce the blast furnace process and main equipment,roof and focus on the string of bell-less top equipment:key components of the upper and lower sealing valve,flow regulating valve,air tight box and so on the performance and the analysis of the common faults,puts forward treatment measures and maintenance methods,in order to ensure the normal production of blast furnace.
