摘要
研究了微量B_2O_3对商业铝酸钙水泥水化行为和相应水泥结合浇注料强度的影响。通过维卡仪测定了水泥砂浆的初凝和终凝时间,采用真空冷冻干燥来中止水泥水化的方法分析相应水化产物的变化。根据跳桌法评价浇注料的流动性,同时,分别测量了浇注料经110、1 100和1 450℃处理后的冷态强度以及1 400℃下的热态抗折强度。研究结果表明,微量的B_2O_3不仅加速了铝酸钙水泥的水化凝结,提高了浇注料的烘干强度,而且B_2O_3在高温下产生的液相提高了1 100和1 450℃烧后冷态强度,降低1400℃下高温抗折强度。
