摘要
烤烟是古蔺?叙永两县财政增效?烟农增收的主要支柱产业之一,但每年因低温阴雨、暴雨洪涝?高温干旱?冰雹等自然灾害造成的损失约在20%左右,已经成为制约泸州烟叶产业发展的重要因素之一?近年来,全市在烤烟生产防灾减灾上做了大量工作,也取得一定的成效,但是面临逐渐频发多变甚至呈常态化发展趋势的自然灾害,仍需进一步探索和研究?本文通过对泸州烟区常见气象灾害的分析,提出了相应的对策措施,对保障泸州烟叶持续健康发展,具有重要的意义。
The tobacco is one of the most important ecnomic plants in Guli and Xuyong country, and it plays a main role in icreasing both local government revenues and farmers incomes. Approximately, the 20% loss of tobacco produces is caused by lowe temperature, overcast and rainy, heavy rain, flood and waterlogging, high temperature, drought, hail and other natural calamities. Those problems are inhabiting development of obacco industry in Luzhou. In rencent years, many works have been done in disaster prevention and mitigation in process of tobacco producing, and got some good results. However, sicnce natural calamities becoming frequent, varied and even usual, it needs more studies. In this paper, aiming at disaster prevention and mitigation, strategies and measures ware carried out through analysing normal meteorologic disasters in Luzhou. Those can be important for sustainable development of tobacco industy in Luzhou.
