BN-ZrO_2复合陶瓷材料的制备及性能研究

摘要
-为了开发用于薄带连铸生产的侧封板材料,以h-BN和ZrO_2为主要原料,采用热压烧结工艺于1 780℃制备了BN-ZrO_2复合陶瓷材料,测试和分析了烧结试样的力学性能、物相组成以及显微结构。结果表明:最佳试样为1 780℃烧结后的L3试样,其抗折强度为259.3 MPa,维氏硬度为134.3 kg·mm~(-2),其最佳样品主晶相为h-BN、ZrO_2以及SiC,显微结构显示物相组成均匀,适合用于制作陶瓷侧封板。
