关节型三坐标测量仪的热变形误差分析

摘要
关节型三坐标测量仪的机械结构大部分为金属结构,环境温度变化、操作人员的身体接触、机器内部电子器件自身发热等内外热源因素都会导致测量仪产生热变形误差,影响测量仪的测量精度和测量稳定性。本文分析了温度热变形对关节型三坐标测量仪的几个关键参数的影响,为热变型误差补偿提供理论依据。
Mechanical structure of the joint type three coordinates measuring instrument is most metal structure,the change of the environmental temperature,physical contact of the operators,machine internal fever heat sources inside and outside factors such as electronic device itself can lead to produce thermal deformation error measuring instrument,affecting the measure precision of the measuring instrument and measuring stability.This paper analyzes several key parameters of joint type three coordinates measuring instrument affected by the thermal deformation,and provide theoretical basis for thermal deformation error compensation.
