乙炔基封端液晶改性含硅芳炔树脂研究

摘要
制备了一种热致性乙炔基封端液晶单体(MHQ),并与含硅芳炔树脂进行共混制备了乙炔基封端液晶改性含硅芳炔树脂(PSA/MHQ)。采用DSC和FTIR表征了PSA/MHQ改性树脂的固化行为,用SEM和EDS分析了改性树脂的体系均一性,用DMA表征改性树脂力学性能,用TEM研究体系的微观结构。结果表明,乙炔基封端液晶单体与PSA共混后发生共聚反应,将介晶域固定在交联网络中,形成结构均匀的以介晶相为小岛的海岛结构,有利于材料刚性和韧性的提高。
A thermotropic acetylene terminated liquid crystal monomer was prepared,and which was used to modify silicon-arylacetylene-containing resin.The curing behavior of PSA/MHQ resin were characterized by DSC and FTIR.The microstructure of PSA/MHQ resin was observed by SEM,TEM and EDS.The mechanical properties of the PSA/MHQ resin were investigated by DMA.The results show that the thermotropic acetylene terminated liquid crystal monomer melt into schlieren texture.MHQ and PSA blended,and can occur copolymerization reaction,the mesogenic domain can be fixed in the cross-linked network to form uniform structure of semi-interpenetrating polymer network which can improve the rigidity and toughness of the materials.
