摘要
血吸虫病是流行于热带地区严重危害人类健康的传染病之一。血吸虫尾蚴是感染人类的唯一阶段。目前常用的灭尾蚴药物都存在着药效时间短等明显的不足,因此需要发展长效的缓释材料。超分子水凝胶凭借其三维网络结构和优良的生物相容性,作为药物缓释载体被广泛应用。[1-3]我们选用氨基酸衍生物分子为凝胶因子,构建了具有优越机械性能的水凝胶材料。[4]将灭血吸虫尾蚴药物聚醚苯酰胺负载到水凝胶中进行释放,药物缓释时间可达到一周,表明该凝胶材料可以作为抗血吸虫尾蚴药物的缓释载体。
Schistosomiasis is one of the primary and hazardous chronic infections diseases in many tropical areas.The cercarial stage has been the only cause of infection and the most fragile phase in the life cycle of schistosoma japonicum cercariae.Because of many obvious disadvantages of the short effective time in anti-cercariae for the common drugs,an efficient and sustained-release material should be developed.Supramolecular hydrogels have been widely used in controlled drug delivery,particularly due to three-dimensional self-assembled fibrillar networks and excellent biocompatibility.We select amino acid derivatives as the gelator,and fabricated a novel supramolecular hydrogel which exhibited excellent mechanical strength.The releasing time of cercaricidal drug loaded in hydrogel can up to one week,indicating that the drug-release system can be obtained.
