一种低密度定向凝固高温合金DZ424

摘要
K424合金是一种高Al、Ti、低密度的高性能等轴晶高温合金。为进一步提高该合金的热强性能,满足发动机损伤容限设计需求,通过优化B、Zr及TCP相形成元素范围,优选热处理制度,发展出定向凝固合金DZ424。DZ424合金不含贵金属元素,具有低密度,低成本、高比强的特点。DZ424合金具有较高的高温强度和持久性能,与K424合金相比,使用温度可提高约30℃。
K424 superalloy is one of most excellent conventional cast superalloys,which have been widely used due to its low density and high strength.To further improve the high temperature strength and meet engine damage tolerance design requirements,a new directionally solidified Ni-base superalloy DZ424 had been successfully developed by optimizing boron,zirconium and TCP phase forming elements,and heat treatment.DZ424 alloy without rare and expensive elemental additions is characteristics of low density and cost,high creep rupture life and high temperature strength,which is at least a 30℃ increase in temperature capability over the K424 alloy.
