熔体电纺(PP+PEG)/PP核壳相变纤维及性能分析

摘要
采用自制的熔体同轴电纺装置,通过改变熔体流量、核层PEG比例制备出结构均匀的PP+PEG/PP核壳结构纤维。研究表明:熔体流量增大,纤维直径增大;核层PEG共混比例增大,纤维直径增大。得到的核壳相变纤维相变焓热随着核层PEG的比例增大而提高,PEG比例为50%时,相变焓热为41.49J/g:不同比例的PEG不会影响核壳纤维的相变区间,也不会影响纤维的耐热性。
Based on self-made coaxial melt electrospinning device,PP+PEG/PP core-shell fiber was prepared under different melt flow rates and PEG ratios of the core layer.The results showed that the diameter of the fibers increased with the increasement of melt flow rate or PEG ratio.When the PEG ratio increased,the enthalpy of core-shell fibers increased,and when PEG ratio was 50%,the enthalpy was 41.49J/g.PEG ratio had no effect on the phase transition of core-shell fibers and the heat resistance of fibers.
