摘要
介绍了几种常见聚氨酯胶黏剂以及在汽车内饰中的研究进展和应用现状,主要包括溶剂型胶黏剂(湿固化为主)、水性聚氨酯胶黏剂、无溶剂聚氨酯胶黏剂和反应性聚氨酯热熔胶等,以及它们在汽车内饰如顶棚、门内饰板、座椅等的最新应用,并展望了聚氨酯胶黏剂在汽车内饰的应用前景。
The development and application of the main polyurethane adhesives for automotive interiors were reviewed,including solvent-based polyurethane(mostly cured by moisture),waterborne polyurethane,no solvent polyurethane and reactive hot melt polyurethane adhesive.The automotive interiors included roof lining,door trim and seat cushion,etc.Finally,the future development direction of polyurethane adhesive for automotive interiors was expected.
