聚氨酯微孔弹性体老化行为研究

摘要
以改性MDI和聚醚多元醇为基本原料制备两种密度的聚氨酯微孔弹性体,通过万能材料试验机和差示扫描量热仪(DSC)等分析手段研究了聚氨酯微孔弹性体在水热老化、热空气老化、紫外老化前后力学性能和热性能的变化规律。结果表明,水热老化和热空气老化对聚氨酯微孔弹性体性能影响显著,紫外老化影响较小;相同老化条件下,密度低的聚氨酯微孔弹性体的性能下降明显。
Two kinds of density polyurethane microcellular elastomers were prepared by the modified MDI and polyether polyols.The universal material testing machine and DSC analysis means was studied in water after thermal aging,hot air aging,ultraviolet aging change laws of mechanical properties and thermal properties about polyurethane microcellular elastomer.The results showed that the hot air aging effect on the properties of microcellular polyurethane elastomer was hydrothermal aging,UV aging had little effect.The same aging conditions,the performance of microcellular polyurethane elastomer with low density decreased significantly.
