摘要
鞍钢冷轧酸洗机组是以生产热轧酸洗板为主的生产线,产品广泛应用于汽车制造、压缩机、机械加工等行业,具有较高的经济效益。本文针对酸洗板的高强钢生产问题以及盐酸洗挫伤、横折印和盐酸洗花斑等缺陷的发生原因进行了分析,并有针对地实施一些控制措施,使上述问题的发生率明显降低,取得了比较好的效果。
Ansteel cold pickling line is the production of hot rolled steel plate based production line,Saddle products are widely used in automobile manufacturing,compressor,mechanical processing and other industries,with high economic benefits.This paper for pickling plate high strength steel production problems and hydrochloric acid wash contusion,cross fold printing and hydrochloric acid cleaning spots such as defect causes are analyzed,and to implement control measures,the rate is significantly reduced the incidence of the problem,achieved good results.
