摘要
采用失重法研究了阳离子表面活性剂1227(十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵)对冷轧钢在1.0mol/L HCl溶液中的缓蚀作用。结果表明:1227对冷轧钢具有好的缓蚀作用,且缓蚀率随温度的升高而稍有增大;它在钢表面的吸附符合Langmuir吸附模型。通过吸附理论求出了相应的吸附热力学参数(吸附自由能ΔG~0,吸附热ΔH~0,吸附熵ΔS~0),并根据这些参数详细讨论了缓蚀作用机理。
The inhibition effect of cationic surfactant of 1227(doceyldinethylbenzyl ammonium chloride) on the corrosion of cold rolled steel(CRS) in 1.0 mol/L HCl has been studied by weight loss method.The results show that 1227 is a good inhibitor in 1.0 mol/L HCl for CRS,and the adsorption of 1227 on the CRS surface follows the Langmuir adsorption isotherm equation.Inhibition efficiency increases slightly with the increase of temperature.Three adsorption thermodynamic parameters(adsorption free energy AG,adsorption heat AH,adsorption entropy AS0) were obtained from adsorption theory.Based on the parameters,the inhibitive mechanism is discussed in detail.
