一种镀锌设备盐酸清洗缓蚀剂

通过正交实验,利用四种组分缓蚀剂之间的协同效应制备了一种高效环保型盐酸介质中的锌缓蚀剂,并对该复合缓蚀剂的缓蚀性能进行了评价。研究结果表明,该缓蚀剂在盐酸浓度不大于15%、温度不高于50℃时对锌具有优良的缓蚀作用。电化学研究确定该缓蚀剂是一种混合控制型缓蚀剂,缓蚀率高达99.66%。扫描电镜分析表明,在该缓蚀剂存在的盐酸体系中,锌不发生局部腐蚀。
A highly efficient and environmental-friendly inhibitor for zinc in hydrochloric solution was prepared using the synergies of four components by orthogonal method,and the inhibitive efficiency of the inhibitor had been evaluated.The results showed that the inhibitor had excellent corrosion inhibition effect when the concentration of hydrochloric acid was not more than 15%and the temperature was not above 50℃.The inhibitor was identified to be a mixed-type inhibitor by electrochemical polarization,and the inhibition efficiency could reach 99.66%.The local corrosion was not existence in hydrochloric acid system with this inhibitor.
