煤气洗涤废水循环回用中阻垢缓蚀剂的应用

摘要
煤气洗涤废水经过氧化去除COD、絮凝沉淀煤灰粉(悬浮物)综合处理后仍含有较高的电导率和SO42-、Cl-等腐蚀性阴离子,p H值低且不稳定(4~7)。在循环回用过程中,不但具有较强的结垢趋势,而且对除尘器等造气设备具有很强的腐蚀性,影响水煤气生产质量。以有机膦酸类、膦羧酸类和聚羧酸类复配而成的阻垢缓蚀剂LX-907A和以无机锌盐、唑类、聚羧酸、季铵盐复配而成的阻垢缓蚀剂LX-907B以一定的比例配合投加到经处理的水煤气洗涤循环回用水中,可有效地缓解碳钢结构的除尘器等造气设备的腐蚀和结垢倾向,可使该废水有效回用,具有一定的经济效益和环境效益。
After the oxidation removal of COD and the integrated treatment by flocculation and sedimentation coal fly ash(suspended solids), the water gas washing wastewater still contain high concentration of sulfate and Chloride anion, with high conductivity, low and unstable p H(4-7). This kind of wastewater not only has a strong scaling trend, but also is highly corrosive to dust collector such as gas-making equipment in the recycle process, thus affecting the quality of water gas production. If we put the scale and corrosion inhibitors LX-907A(mainly Organic phosphonic acids, phosphonic carboxylic acids and polycarboxylic acid compound) and LX-907B(mainly inorganic zinc salts, imidazole, poly carboxylic acids, quaternary ammonium compound) to the treated wastewater in a certain proportion, we could effectively alleviate the corrosion and fouling tendency of make-gas equipment such as dust collector of the carbon steel structure. Therefore, the wastewater could be reused effectively, which has significant economic and environmental benefits.
