高温环境下流量变送器的修正

摘要
差压式流量变送器在核电厂中广泛应用,其中,智能型差压变送器由于其自身具备量程设置方便快捷、精度高等优点,主要应用在非辐射区域的现场,用来监测管线内介质流量。但是由于现场环境存在诸多不确定因素,因而会出现一些不易察觉的故障原因,导致仪表使用功能受到影响。本文就高温造成的仪表故障进行分析,捕获根本原因,并提出差压变送器的修正方案,并针对此类型的故障原因,提出若干改进建议。
The differential pressure flow transmitters are widely used in nuclear power plants.Among them,the high accuracy smart differential pressure transmitter is mainly applied to monitoring the medium flow in pipeline in the non-radiative area for its range setting,which is convenient,efficient,and higher precision etc.But there are so many uncertainties of the site environment that there will be some imperceptible faults,which will have bad effects on the functional using of meters.This paper analyzes the faults of instruments caused by high temperature to find out the root reasons and provide recommendations for the differential pressure flow transmitters,and some suggestion of improving will be made.
