环形燃料元件技术专利分析

摘要
系统调研了自1966年以来的环形燃料元件技术专利,主要包括环形燃料芯块制造、环形燃料棒制造、环形燃料组件、单包壳中空芯块制备技术等四部分。从技术专利的类别和权属进行了统计,对其数量随年代的变化进行了分析,展现出不同年代、不同国家对环形燃料元件的研发活动和深入程度;同时,详细调查了技术专利各自的优点,探讨了模压插棒烧结和梯形厚度还原烧结制备芯块的技术,对比了燃料棒结构设计、应用特点和第四代超临界水堆环形燃料组件技术,分析了国外研究成果如加装护套制备方法等单包壳中空芯块技术,并提出几点参考建议。开展本项技术专利分析工作,以期为研发环形燃料元件新技术和开展相关知识产权布局提供有益的借鉴。
Patents present from 1966 for annular fuel element technology which mainly includes fabrication technology for annular fuel pellets,annular fuel rod,annular fuel assembly and single cladding hollow pellets are systematically investigated in this paper.Type,ownership and quantity in different time of these patents are analyzed and the result shows research activity on annular fuel in different time and different country.Advantages of different technology patent are detailed investigated.The molded plunger sintering technology and trapezoidal thickness reduction sintering technology are discussed.Fuel rod structure design,application characteristic and annular fuel assembly technology for fourth generation supercritical reactor are contrasted.The foreign research achievement such as adding sheath fabrication methods for single cladding hollow pellet technology are analyzed.Investigation work for patents of annular fuel element technology is valuable for the development of annular fuel new technology and intellectual property overall arrangement.
