气相法合成的ZrO_2纳米颗粒的生物相容性与烧结性能研究

摘要
通过使用气相法合成ZrO_2纳米颗粒,对其晶体结构、硬度、表面的粗糙度进行了表征,发现煅烧温度和压力都会对其机械性能有较大影响。通过改变条件使ZrO_2纳米薄片烧结硬度达到人体骨骼的硬度,同时密度要优于骨骼且粗糙度较低数值。ZrO_2纳米颗粒的细胞毒性和溶血实验证明ZrO_2纳米颗粒具有很好的生物相容性,可以作为生物材料应用于人体骨骼、牙齿等硬组织损伤或缺损的修复、移植或替换。
ZrO_2 nanoparticles(NPs) were synthesized by a vapor-phase hydrolysis process. The NPs were characterized in terms of crystalline structures, hardness and microstructure. According to Nanoindentation investigations and AFM measurements, the sintering temperature and compression force played an important role in the hardness and roughness of ZrO_2 flakes. By changing conditions, the sintered flakes exhibited an optimal combination of hardness(534), roughness(0.074) and density(4.41 g/cm~3). As the Vickers hardness value of human bones is of 315~535 and the density of adult femur is about 1.3~1.7 g/cm~3, so the corresponding parameters of the ZrO_2 flakes are comparable to those of human bones. More importantly, the in vitro cytotoxicity and hemolysis evaluation showed that the ZrO_2 NPs are of good biocompatibility. As a result, the ZrO_2 NPs could potentially be useful for a variety of biomedical applications, especially for bone repair and replacement in future.
