新型色谱分离材料与中药分离分析

摘要
中药是我国传统医学和传统文化的瑰宝,具有数千年的悠久历史,为中华民族的繁衍生息发挥了不可替代的作用。目前,由于物质基础研究薄弱,中药的药效物质和药理作用尚不明确,其发展严重受限。长期以来,中药物质基础研究是中药研究领域中的热点问题之一。中药具有多成分的特点,所含化学成分多达数百种甚至上千种,给中药物质基础研究带来巨大的挑战和困难。因此,需发展高效的分离分析方法,解决中药化学成分的难分离问题,为中药物质基础研究奠定基础。近年来,随着高效液相色谱技术的不断发展,中药分离分析的新思路、新方法不断涌现,中药的物质基础研究取得了较大进展。本文将介绍基于新型色谱固定相的中药分离分析新技术,并举例说明其在中药物质基础研究中的重要作用。
Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) is an ancient medical practice which has been used to prevent and cure diseases for thousands of years.TCMs are frequently multi-component systems with mainly unidentified constituents.Hence,the study of the chemical compositions of TCMs remains a hotspot of research.Different strategies have been developed to manage the significant complexity of TCMs,in an attempt to determine the constituents.Reversed-phase liquid chromatography(RPLC) is still the method of choice for the separation of TCMs,but has insufficient resolution and co-elution problems.Enormous efforts have been concentrated on the development of efficient separation methods,based on novel liquid chromatography(LC) stationary phases.This paper describes new LC methods related to TCM research,and focuses on these novel stationary phases.Their potential in the separation of TCMs using relevant applications is also demonstrated.
