浅谈医院后勤外包服务的管理

摘要
医院作为人们生活中不可缺少的重要组成部分对人们的生命安全有着举足轻重的作用。医院在人们生活过程中往往扮演着服务者的身份,其主要的服务对象是在医院就诊的患者。医院的服务水平的高低就决定了医院的绩效、声誉和未来。所以,医院只有做好服务工作,才能不断增强核心竞争力,进而提升经济收益。医院后勤外包服务是指医院通过制定业务外包合同,把医院的一些后勤服务业务委托给外包供应商管理,是医院服务的一个重要组成部分。在医院的患者往往希望通过支付费用能够得到最佳的治疗、最好的服务。所以,医院后勤外包服务管理水平的高低关系着医院的竞争力。本文通过对医院后勤外包服务管理的发展、现状为视点,描述国内采取后勤外包服务的主要措施及效果,并提出国外有关医院后勤外包服务管理的发展,给出提高我国医院后勤外包服务的管理的相应措施。
Hospitals,as the important components in people' s daily life indispensably,play a decisive role in people' s life security.In social life,hospitals usually act as the servants of patients.The service level of a hospital is determined by its performance,reputation and future.Therefore,service provision is the only way for hospitals to strengthen their core competitiveness and further enhance their economic profits.Outsourced hospital logistics service indicates that hospitals authorize parts of logistics service to suppliers through concluding outsourcing contracts,which is an important port f hospital service.Patients expect to receive the best treatment from hospitals with the best service through expenditure payment.Thus,the management level of outsourced hospital logistics service can be related to the competitiveness of hospitals.This paper expounds the problems existing in hospital logistics management at present:from the perspectives of the development and current situation of the management of outsourced logistics service in hospitals,describes the major measures taken for outsourced logistics service domestically and related effects;and proposes related countermeasures to enhance management of outsourced logistics service in hospitals,based on the development of outsourced logistics service management in overseas hospitals.
