铜管水平连铸施加旋转电磁搅拌的数值模拟研究

摘要
建立了描述旋转电磁搅拌下铜管水平连铸过程中电磁场分布的三维数学模型,分析了不同电磁参数下磁感应强度和电磁力的分布规律。模拟结果表明,由于电磁场的集肤效应,磁感应强度和电磁力的极大值均分布在靠近铜管外壁一侧;随着频率和电流的增加,金属液受到的电磁力和磁感应强度越大。电磁力越大,搅拌力越大,搅拌效果越好:选取的最优电磁参数为频率50Hz、电流50A。
A three-dimensional mathematical model is built to describe the electromagnetic field distribution during horizontal continuous casting of the copper hollow billet under rotating electromagnetic stirring.The model is used to analyze the distribution of magnetic flux density and electromagnetic force under different electromagnetic parameters.Simulation results show that because of electromagnetic field's skin effect,the maximum of magnetic flux density and electromagnetic force is near the outer wall of the copper hollow billet.With the increase of frequency and current,the electromagnetic force and the magnetic flux density of melt are bigger.The bigger the electromagnetic force,the greater the stirring power,mixing the better.The optimal electromagnetic parameters are 50 Hz,50A.
