225kV金属陶瓷X射线管设计与研制

摘要
射线探伤作为五大常规无损检测方法,在工业上有着非常广泛的应用。相应地,随着工业CT蓬勃发展,用于数字成像的X射线管也有很大的市场需求,其中拥有双焦点的金属陶瓷射线成像管最为常用。本文在设计的基本结构基础上,对X射线管的电极参数进行了优化仿真设计,并对超高耐压管的设计进行了分析讨论。最后成功制备出了225kV的1.0mm和5.0mm的双焦点成像管,测试结果表明具有很好的穿透率和较好的分辨率。
X-raynondestructive detects exhibit many advantages and attractive market prospects in industrial application. Correspondingly, as a core component the X-ray tubes have a great market needs, and dual focus X-ray tube based on metal and ceramics structure is the most commonly X-ray tube. We successfully developed a 225 kV dual X-ray tube with focus of 1.0 mm and 5.0 mm respectively after optimized the electrodeparameters and analyzed the mechanism of breakdown from ultra high voltage and the safeguard against ultrahigh voltage breakdown. The prepared X-ray tube presents high penetration performance and nice resolution.
