聚醚砜改性氰酸酯树脂的制备及性能研究

摘要
制备了聚醚砜树脂改性氰酸酯树脂,并对其性能进行了详细的研究,考察了改性树脂的工艺性能、热性能、耐湿热稳定性、耐辐照性能及力学性能等。结果表明,聚醚砜改性氰酸酯树脂(M1)具有良好的工艺性能。固化后的M1在氮气气氛下1000℃时的残留率为40%;树脂固化物在沸水煮100h后吸湿率为1.78%,吸湿率较低;树脂固化物的弯曲强度为129.43MPa,弯曲模量为4.39GPa;经湿热老化、高低温交变及辐射处理后弯曲强度和模量基本保持不变。
Polyether sulfone(PES) modified cyanate ester(CE) resin was prepared and its properties was studied.The process performance,thermal properties,hygrothermal resistance,radiation resistance and mechanical properties of the modified resin(Ml) was mainly investigated.The result show that the polyether sulfone modified cyanate ester resin(M1)offers good processability.The cured M1 resin residual yield up to 40%at 1000℃ under nitrogen.The water uptake rate of the cured resin is 1.78%after 100 h in boiling water.Flexural Strength of the cured resin is reach to 129.43 MPa,and flexural modulus is 4.39 GPa.Flexural properties of the cured resin after hygrothermal aging,high and low temperature alternating or radiation treatment almost remain unchanged.
