DMC催化合成端烯丙基聚醚

摘要
以烯丙醇作起始剂,采用双金属氰化物催化剂(DMC),研究了影响端烯丙基聚醚反应诱导期的因素;并进行了连续加起始剂、全连续工艺合成端烯丙基聚醚进行了研究。结果表明,优选催化剂、提高起始剂相对分子质量、使用溶剂、提高环氧化物比例、提高烯丙醇纯度均可缩短诱导期;全连续工艺非常适合生产端烯丙基聚醚。
The process of synthesizing allyl polyether with allyl alcohol as initiating materials and DMC as catalyst was studied.The influence factors of induction period,addition of initiator and continuous production constantly were introduced.The results showed that the induction period could be shorten by some methods,such as the optimal catalyst,improvement molecular weight of initiator,using of solvent,increasing the proportion of epoxide,purification of the allyl alcohol.Full continuous process was perfect for producing allyl terminated polyether.
