摘要
贫困,是人类共同的敌人。扶贫是中国实现社会和谐发展的重要举措,也是实现中国梦的必然阶段。众所周知,中国贫困人口主要在农村,中国2016年农村贫困人口4335万人,扶贫任务依然艰巨。云南省作为我国西部边疆少数民族最多的省份,由于历史与地理等原因,扶贫的担子依然很重。当前要实现扶贫,最重要的是要有创新和现代科技。创新就是要打破常规,改变原有的思维模式,改变旧有的生产方式、营销方式等,国家、企业、个人应尽可能利用国际市场,参与经济全球化。现代科技,就是要运用互联网、大数据等科技手段,驱动国家与地区的绿色经济发展,实现科技精准扶贫。
Poverty is the common enemy of mankind. Poverty alleviation is an important measure to realize the harmonious development of society in China, and it is also the inevitable stage to realize the Chinese dream. As we all know, China's poor population is mainly in rural areas, China's rural poverty population of 4335 million in 2016, the task of poverty alleviation is still arduous. Yunnan province, as the most populous province in the western frontier of China, the burden of poverty alleviation is still heavy due to historical and geographical reasons. At present, to achieve poverty reduction, the most important thing is to have innovation and modern technology. Innovation is to break the routine, change the old mode of thinking, change the old mode of production, marketing, etc., the state, enterprises, individuals should use the international market to participate in the economic globalization. Modern science and technology is to use the internet, big data and other scientific and technological means to drive the national and regional green economy development, to achieve the precision of science and technology to reduce poverty.
