含铀废水处理工艺研究

摘要
核化工回收工艺系统和核化工生产工艺系统相辅相成,不可或缺。在二氧化铀的制备过程中,不可避免要产生一些废水、废气、废渣(简称三废)。综合处理和利用三废中有价值组分,使排放物达到国家允许的标准。化工回收工艺主要是处理二氧化铀制备过程中产生的固体化学不合格品和各种废水,将其中的金属铀进行回收,提供铀回收率,使废物最小化排放。生产过程产生的各种废液,根据废液性质分类进行处理,含铀浓度较高的废水采用铵盐沉淀工艺处理;含氟含氨的铀浓度较低的废水采用离子交换工艺处理;不含氟低浓度含铀废水采用硅胶吸附工艺处理。本论文以某实际工程为例,对上述废水处理工艺原理、技术指标等内容进行综述。
complementary production technology system of nuclearchemical recovery process system and nuclear chemistry,indispensable.In uranium dioxide preparation process,inevitably some waste water,waste gas,waste residue(referred to as the "three wastes").The comprehensive treatment and utilization of the three wastes valuablecomponents,so that emissions to achieve the national permitted standards.Chemical recovery process is mainly solid chemical produced by the process of uranium dioxide preparation of nonconforming productsand all kinds of waste water,wherein the metal uranium recovery,uranium recovery rate,so that waste minimization emissions.All kinds ofwaste generated in the process of production,processing according to the wastewater quality of classification,wastewater containing uraniumconcentration by ammonium sulfate sedimentation process for treatment of high concentration of uranium;wastewater containing fluoride andammonia by low ion exchange process;fluoride low concentrationuranium containing wastewater by process of silica gel adsorption.This paper takes a practical project as an example,carries on the summary to the content of the wastewater treatment process principle and technical index etc.
