提高分辨率技术分类及其在薄层检测中的适用性研究

摘要
提高分辨率是薄层检测的有效手段,本文首先根据提高分辨率的效果在振幅谱上的差异,提出了一种新的分类方法,将提高分辨率技术分为提频技术、拓频技术和精确补偿技术三类。其次介绍了三种代表性的方法原理,进一步通过楔形模型实验对比了各种提高分辨率方法的技术特点、适用性和应用效果,并通过实际资料验证了方法的有效性,最后总结了几种提高分辨率方法在薄层检测中的应用效果和不足。
