摘要
本文以车身焊装线焊接工位为例,介绍了机器人点焊工作站的设计过程。以FANUC机器人为中心,设计了工作站的整体结构和总体布局,详细介绍了工作站整体设置、PLC系统设置、触摸屏设计的实现方式,对于同类工作站的设计具有参考价值。
Body welding line welding station as an example,This paper introduces the design process of robot spot welding workstation.Taking FANUC robot as the center,design the overall structure and overall layout of the workstation,The overall setting of the workstation,the setting of the PLC system and the design of the touch screen are introduced.Reference value for the design of the same kind of workstation.
