<正>一、引言以碳纤维复合材料为代表的先进复合材料因其具有高比强度、高比模量、可设计性强、耐腐蚀、抗疲劳、易于整体成型等优异的综合性能,首先在航空、航天领域获得广泛应用,进而向其他领域迅速扩展。飞行器结构复合材料化已成为常态,例如波音B787复合材料使用量为50%、空客A350XWB复合材料用量达到了52%,复合材料显示出取代铝合金成为大型民用客机结构主体材料的趋势,战斗机、轰炸机、运输机、直升机、无人
Light weight,excellent durability,high reliability,high efficacy and low cost have become the development goals for next generation aircraft.Due to the low density,high strength,designable characteristic,anti-fatigue and structural-functional integration,advanced composite material has been considered as one of the four structural materials for aircrafts.This report reviewes the development status of polymer matrix composites,metal matrix composites,ceramic matrix composites and carbon/carbon composites.The key technologies of advanced composites are discussed,including structural design,raw materials,manufacturing processes,and performance evaluation.In addition,the development trends of traditional composite materials and nanocomposite are introduced.
