饲料中不同水平碳水化合物对卵形鲳鲹幼鱼生长性能、体成分、肠道和肝脏酶活性、以及肝脏生长激素基因表达的影响

以卵形鲳鲹为研究对象,选择健康,规格、重量基本一致(初均重为9.24±0.03g)的卵形鲳鲹360尾,随机分为6组,每组3个重复。配制6组不同碳水化合物(CHO)水平的等氮等能饲料,正式养殖周期8周。结果表明,增重率、特定生长率、摄食率、蛋白质效比、肝体比和脏体比,随饲料CHO水平的升高,呈先升高后降低的趋势,在16.8%CHO组达到最大值(P<0.05),但饲料系数则与之相反。随CHO水平的升高,全鱼和胴体粗脂肪含量显著降低(P<0.05),肌肉和肝脏中的糖原含量显著升高(P<0.05)。随CHO水平的升高,血糖水平显著增加(P<0.05),而甘油三酯和胆固醇含量显著降低(P<0.05)。随CHO水平的升高(0%-11.2%),肠道淀粉酶活性显著增加(P<0.05),但脂肪酶活性则显著降低(P<0.05)。随CHO水平的升高,肝脏己糖激酶活性显著增加(P<0.05),而葡萄糖-6-磷酸酶活性显著降低(P<0.05)。肝脏生长激素mRNA表达水平与卵形鲳鲹的生长性能呈正相关。总之,在本试验中,卵形鲳鲹幼鱼饲料中适宜的碳水化合物添加水平为11.2%-16.8%。
A growth trial was conducted to determine the optimum dietary carbohydrate level of juvenile golden pompano for 8 weeks. Six isonitrogenous and isoenergetic experimental diets(43% crude protein and 16.8 MJ kg–1 diet) using corn starch as the carbohydrate source were formulated to contain six carbohydrate levels. Weight gain, specific growth rate, and hepatosomatic index increased significantly as dietary starch levels increased from 0% to 16.8%(P<0.05), while the feed conversion ratio had an opposite trend. Plasma glucose level and hepatic hexokinase activity increased significantly and hepatic glucose-6-phosphatase activity decreased significantly as dietary carbohydrate levels increased. Expression of hepatic GH gene was positively related to growth performance. In conclusion, results suggested that the optimum carbohydrate level for juvenile golden pompano could be 11.2-16.8% of the diet.
