摘要
通过正交试验法研究了丝网印制工艺中各参数对氮氧化物传感器电极厚度的影响。结果表明当刮刀压力为3.5kg、刮印角度65°、刮印速度15cm/s、丝印网距0.5mm时,电极厚度为9.65μm,此时传感器输出泵电流最大,同时信号有较好的稳定性;当NO浓度发生改变时,该电极厚度的泵电流与NO浓度表现出很好的线性关系和响应性能。
The influence of the screen printing process parameters on the electrode thickness of NO_x sensor is researched by orthogonal method.The results show that the electrode thickness is 9.65μm,when the scraper pressure is 3.5kg with 65 degrees,15cm/s and0.5mm distance between screen and substrate,the pump current is the largest at this time,and the signal has a better stability.When the NO concentration is changed,the pump current has a good linear relationship and response performance with the NO concentration.
