钙钛矿类碳烟氧化催化剂研究

摘要
本文采用溶胶凝胶法制备了多种钙钛矿类复合金属氧化物,并采用XRD、SEM、EDX以及TG对其结构、形貌、组成以及催化性能进行了表征。XRD和EDX测试结果表明,合成的物质以类钙钛矿型金属氧化物结构存在;SEM表明,合成的材料微观尺寸在纳米级;TG实验表明,La_(0.8)Sr_(0.2)Cu_(0.16)Fe_(0.84)O_3复合氧化物对模拟炭烟燃烧具有最大催化活性,甚至高于贵金属Rh掺杂的La_(0.7)Sr_(0.3)Fe_(0.7)Co_(0.24)Rh_(0.06)O_3型复合氧化物,降低燃烧温度幅度达到45℃,具有进一步研究与应用的价值。
Citric method was used to prepare several diesel soot combustion catalysts,La_(0.7) Sr_(0.3) Fe_(0.7) Co_(0.3) O_3,La_(0.8) Sr_(0.2) Cu_(0.16)Fe_(0.84)O_3 and La_(0.7) Sr_(0.3) Fe_(0.7) Co_(0.24) Rh_(0.06)O_3,and XRD,SEM,EDX,and TG were adopted to characterize the morphology,structure,components,and catalytic activity.Results show that nano scale catalyst with perovskite structure is obtained.The catalyst,La_(0.8)Sr_(0.2)Cu_(0.16)Fe_(0.84)O_3 has the lowest combustion temperature,45 ℃ lower than the noble metal,Rh composited catalyst,La_(0.7)Sr_(0.3)Fe_(0.7)Co_(0.24)Rh_(0.06)O_3.
