摘要
国产新型支线飞机装有两台P&WC公司的某型涡轮螺旋桨发动机。该型发动机有两个独立的涡轮系统:压气机涡轮系统与动力涡轮系统。压气机系统由四级轴流式压气机和一级离心式压气机组成;动力涡轮系统由2级动力涡轮组成。由于发动机是飞机的动力来源,对于飞机的安全飞行有着直接影响。发动机状态趋势监控(ECTM),就是为了尽早发现隐患,及时采取措施,保证飞机的飞行安全。同时还可以降低由于发生严重故障而产生的修理费用。
The Chinese new regional aircraft is equipped with tow P&WC turbine engines.This engine series consist of the compressor turbine and the power turbine as " Free-Turbine".Compressor consists of four axial stages plus one centrifugal impeller;Power Turbine consists of double-stage turbine.Engines have so great effect on the flight security as powerplant.The ECTM system is to detect dangerous situation as soon as possible and to warn the pilots to take measures to ensure the flight security.The expenditure of maintain caused by serious failures could be reduced.
