摘要
通过制动系统液压特性与制动灯开关触发行程的匹配性推导,提出了"制动开关行程触发比"β的概念。β值范围的确定给出了制动踏板开关固定支架的设计边界;同时,采用制动开关和油压信号的冗余设计,提出了一种制动意图的识别策略及故障诊断方法。通过对制动油压临界值"p"的标定,优化制动意图识别的可靠性。
This paper proposed a conceptof beta,which is called BLS triggered trip ratio derived by matchability between brake system hydraulic characteristics and brake lamp switch triggered trip.Beta determine the designing border of the BLS bracket;Meanwhile,proposed a strategy and the fault diagnosis method about brake intentrecognitionby redundant design using BLS and hydraulic signal.According tocalibration brakeof hydraulic critical value "p",to optimization reliability of brake intent recognition.
