茴香烯/β-环糊精包合物的制备及其在抗菌型明胶材料中的应用

摘要
合成塑料被广泛应用于工业和生活的各个方面,但是其大量使用带来了严重的生态环境问题。环境友好型可生物降解材料是解决这一问题的有效途径。将具有广泛抗菌效果的茴香烯包合在β-环糊精的疏水性空腔内部,可以提高茴香烯的水溶性并降低挥发性。再将茴香烯/β-环糊精包合物与明胶共混,制成明胶复合膜。研究结果表明,明胶复合膜的疏水性能随着包合物含量的增加而增强;茴香烯/β-环糊精包合物与明胶复合膜对革兰氏阴性菌大肠杆菌和革兰氏阳性菌金黄色葡萄球菌都具有明显的抗菌性。因此,β-环糊精包合物是一种能将疏水性抗菌活性物质引入到明胶复合膜中的有效方法。
In every aspect of life and industries,synthetic plastic materials are extensively used in packaging of products,however,which has caused serious eco-environment problems.Fortunately,biodegradable plastics are seen by many as a promising solution to this problem because they are environmentally-friendly.Trans-anethole is a natural compound with excellent antimicrobial property,which was firstly included into β-cyclodextrin to enhance the aqueous solubility and control the volatility in this paper.Then the inclusion complex was incorporated into gelatin to prepare composite films.The results show that both of the inclusion complex and composite films exhibit remarkable antimicrobial activity against bacteria of Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus,which increases with the content of inclusion complex increasing.Moreover,the addition of inclusion complex can improve the surface hydrophobicity of the composite films.The study demonstrates that encapsulation with β-cyclodextrin is an effective way to introduce trans-anethole into gelatin based materials for antimicrobial activity.
