浅析AOI测试玻璃缺陷技术

摘要
基于液晶玻璃基板夹杂物的核心和表面变形、各类缺陷的分层和凸起Top而高度及Top面低对比度微划伤检出等关键检测技术。研究分忻AOI检测设备,重点介绍缺陷建库创建方法、Flaw图像特征含义及缺陷分类基础技术。自动在线检验,产品缺陷的分类准确度和纯净度达剑92%以上,产品质量等级判定准确率达到98%以上。该技术为液晶玻璃基板生产线工艺技术管理提供指导和帮助,保证液晶玻璃基板缺陷分类准确可靠和质量过程控制完整高效。
