玻璃钢夹砂管道铺层设计

摘要
玻璃钢夹砂管道的铺层设计没有统一的规范。通过对内压铺层设计方法进行分析,介绍了一种简便可行的当量厚度设计方法,并通过短时水压失效测试,验证了当量厚度铺层设计方法的设计系数满足国家标准要求。对环刚度进行了铺层设计,并通过刚度测试验证了砂浆层弹性模量的合理取值。
There is no uniform laminate design standard about the glass fiber reinforced plastics mortar pipes.This paper analyzed the design method of internal pressure laminate,introduced a simple and feasible design method of equivalent thickness,and verified the design coefficient of equivalent thickness laminate design method met the requirements of the national standard through short-time hydraulic failure tests.In this paper,the layers design about the ring stiffness is also carried out,and the reasonable value of the elastic modulus of mortar layer was verified by stiffness test.
