基于MMPP的复合消毒粉对2-CEES的消毒研究

摘要
本文通过流化床包衣方式制备了多种以单过氧邻苯二甲酸镁(MMPP)为芯材,纳米金属氧化物为壁材的复合消毒粉,并对其消毒2-CEES(2-氯乙基乙基硫醚,芥子气模拟剂)性能进行了研究。制备出了三种复合消毒粉,采用BET和FT-IR对其进行了表征,并对粉体综合性能和球形度进行了测试。消毒结果表明,在15℃下,m(消毒剂):m(2-CEES)=25:1,反应30min,以氧化镁、氧化锆、氢氧化锆为壁材制备的消毒粉消毒能力依次为:MgO/MMPP=ZrO_2/MMPP>Zr(OH)_4/MMPP>MMPP。本文还对不同湿度条件下的消毒进行了研究,在50%湿度条件下,氧化镁和氧化锆包覆的复合消毒粉对2-CEES消毒率大于99.9%,环境湿度越高,消毒效果越好(Fig 1)。消毒粉对2-CEES的消毒产物主要为砜和亚砜,说明消毒以氧化反应为主。本文制备的复合消毒粉在30min内可实现受染表面毒剂浓度低于检测线,具有消毒快速、高效、环保的特点。该消毒粉使用方便、费用低廉、热寒区适应性强、对受染表面基本无腐蚀,因此在广谱洗消方面有极大的发展空间。
In this study, disinfectant powder have been prepared and applicated in CWAs decontamination. These powders were characterized by FT-IR and BET. The decontamination efficiency of 2-chloroethyl ethyl sulfide(2-CEES) in defferent disinfectant powders were investigated. As a result, the decontamination ability was in the order: MMPP@MgO =MMPP@ZrO_2>MMPP@Zr(OH)_4>MMPP. When the the molar ratio of decontaminate and 2-CEES was 25:1, the decontamination efficiency of 2-CEES was more than 99.9% in 50%RH and 15℃ after 30 min, the sulfoxide and sulfone was the primarily product. In conclusion, the disinfectant powders combined the advantage of absorbent and MMPP, wich exhibit excellent decontamination ability,have broad application prospects in the field of precision instrument decontamination.
