摘要
精准扶贫是党中央的重大决策,也是我国全面建设小康社会的重要举措[1]。以林业科技在峨山县塔甸镇大西村精准扶贫应用为例,实施核桃丰产栽培技术、华山松抚育技术、林下养殖技术和乡土人才培养等智力扶贫,探讨林业科技精准扶贫方法、途径。
Precision poverty alleviation(taking targeted measures to help people lift themselves out of poverty) is a major policy decision of the Party Central Committee of the Communist of China,and is also an important measure to build a well-off society in an all-round way.This article illustrated a case of the forestry science and technology application in precision poverty alleviation in Daxi village of Tadian town,Eshan County.In this paper,many methods and approaches of precision poverty alleviation in forestry science and technology were introduced,including the implementation of high yield cultivation techniques of walnut,Huashan pine forest tending technology,feeding and cultivation technique under forest trees,cultivation of native-oriented personnel and so on.
