生动物中镉的分析与调查

摘要
用硝酸和双氧水对匀浆过的水生动物进行微波消解,用石墨炉原子吸收分光光度法测定水生生物肉体中的镉的含量。首先,对微波消解酸体系和微波程序进行了优化,结果表明:硝酸用量为2.5ml、双氧水用量为2.0ml,逐步升温到190℃,消解28分钟时试剂用量少,消解效果较好;然后用石墨炉原子吸收分光光度仪对几类水生生物中的镉进行测试,方法检出限为0.0025㎎/㎏,测定结果的相对标准偏差为0.023~0.098(n=6),加标回收率为75%~91%,生长期长,生活在水体底部的水生生物中的镉要相对较高。
The paper detailed the method of detecting Cd in homogenate aquatic anima.HNO_3 and H_2O_2 were used for digestion of samples in micro-wave oven, then detection it by Furnace AAs..At first, Optimization the System and program of Microwave digestion,Large numbers of experiment indicated that the mixture of 2.5 ml HNO_3 and 2.0 ml H_2O_2 were found to give a better digestion results towards aquatic animal,The best microwave heating program was that 5 step to top tempera,and keeping 28 minutes at 190℃; The method of Furnace Atomic Absorbtion Spectrophotometry detection limits for Cd were 0.025 mg/kg, relatively deviations of analysis are 0.105%~0.168%((n=6), coefficient of recovery are 75%~91%. Cd in the aquatic anima that grow in bottom water and growing is longer were higher.
