新型静电采样器收集酵母菌气溶胶的实验研究

摘要
为评价自制新型微生物气溶胶静电采样器的性能,以酵母菌气溶胶为对象开展了实验研究。通过TK-3微生物气溶胶发生器产生酵母菌气溶胶,使用新型静电采样器收集气溶胶,并用表面涂布计数法检测收集到的微生物浓度,与AGI-30液体采样器收集到的微生物浓度进行比较。与AGI-30采样器相比,静电采样器具有较好的收集效果,对酵母菌气溶胶的收集效果可达AGI-30采样器的10.8倍。新型静电采样器可以收集到酵母菌气溶胶,并可以通过改进提高收集效果。
Experimental studies on C.albicans-aerosols were carried out,which are for the evaluation of a novel electrostatic sampler performance.A TK-3 collision nebulizer was utilized to generate the C.albicans-aerosols,and collect aerosols by the novel electrostatic sampler.Detecting the concentration of microorganisms by surface coating and counting method.The performance of biological collecting efficiency of novel electrostatic sampler was compared with traditional microbial impactor AGI-30 operated in parallel.Comparison with the tradition microbial impactor AGI-30,novel electrostatic sampler was more suitable for bioaerosols precipitation.When the charging voltage was+5k V,the maxium concentration of culturable bioaerosols were collected as10.8times higher than AGI-30 sampled for C.albicans-aerosols.Novel electrostatic sampler is suitable for bioaerosols precipitation,and can improve the collection efficiency by adjusting electric parameters.
