银纳米线/聚二甲基硅氧烷复合薄膜的制备与抗菌性研究

表面细菌污染是一个世界范围内存在的问题,每年影响着成千上万的人的健康生活。银纳米线具有抗菌性并且可以形成网状结构的薄膜,发展银纳米线高分子复合涂层具有抗菌应用前景。本文中,采用简单的液滴涂覆法,在硅片上形成均匀的相互连接的银纳米线网,再利用聚二甲基硅氧烷有机基体从硅片上将银纳米线网完整的剥离下来,形成银纳米线/聚二甲基硅氧烷复合薄膜。含有各种浓度的银纳米线复合薄膜能够有效地消灭大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌,同时含有0.2 mg银纳米线的复合薄膜具有很好的细胞相容性。进一步的实验证明银纳米线复合薄膜具有长期的抗菌效果。银纳米线/聚二甲基硅氧烷复合薄膜的制备和抗菌性研究,为抗菌涂层的发展提供了一个新的研究思路。
Bacterial contamination on various surfaces is one of the greatest health problems worldwide, afflicting millions of peoples annually. Given the advantages of silver nanowires(AgN Ws) in forming an interconnected network when fabricated into a film, there is significant interest in developing AgN Ws loaded polymeric coatings for antibacterial applications. In this work, AgN Ws with high aspect ratio are drop-coated onto a silicon wafer to form a uniform interconnected network. The Ag NWs network is then embedded into polydimethylsiloxane(PDMS) matrix to fabricate AgN Ws/PDMS film. The PDMS loaded with various amounts of AgN Ws can efficiently destroy E. coli and S. aureus bacteria, and PDMS with 0.2 mg of AgN Ws loading(i.e. 50 μg cm~(-2)) exhibit excellent cell compatibility. Furthermore, AgN Ws/PDMS films show a long-term antibacterial effect for at least one month. The utilization of Ag NWs in polymeric coatings provides a novel platform to reduce the microorganism infection.
